So Im thinking whether I should put on my " BE ACTIVE" cap and proceed with my hand model...hmm maybe. In the meantime here are some of the paper ad that I made for a restaurtant here, the reason I post is, its a good excuse for the delay on my hand-zippo project..haha!! Well anyways what u see here in the pictures are all made from scratch..I personally do not like to download things from internet for these kind of works so I make them in 3D, learning 3D has pretty much extend a whole new world, no world is too small, a whole new galaxy of possibilities. Anyone who has a 3D application lying around on their computer should take time to learn it.. Its Awesome!!

Like the header, its been a while. School started so I've been busy..schools top priority now :). Anyways I havent forgotten abt my Zippo project completely. At first I wanted to make it a simple ad but now I want to animate alot of stuff with it so tonight I modelled a hand that will handle the zippo in the video, how abt that eh ;)!! So I finished the model but I have yet to put material on it, and skin it plus texture etc. Eventually it shud be done hahaha!!

NB: I want it to look as real as possible but modelling a hand while looking at your own hand is pretty hard. sigh**

I got a few training DVDs from their artist, and I must say its pretty dope!! Since I have been busy I cant do anything right now but soon I shud be able to finish all my current project. What I hate is not finishing what I have started. Zippo project continuing!!

A quick update, I have class tomorrow so I gotta hit the sack soon..Anyways I pretty much finish the model of it, just a little addition of one or two more things than Im done. I wanted to do the commercial base on the theme "Every Zippo tells a story", I think its a good personal relationship strategy that a lighter could pretty much give at any level. Here is a few pictures after applying some texture to it.
Note - I probably will not do any shiny Zippo since,like I said before, its something that has to link it to the past..it looks better to me anyways haha..

The whole video should be coming soon, still working on it and also thinking at the same time..

So whats new..well ZIPPO hahaha !! I bought maxim a few months ago and what I saw there was 2 pages about Zippo. I started to think would it be cool to make a small ad for Zippo...YES! it would be. So I looked up on the net about zippo and its really interesting. There are few videos of people animation zippo but nothing was how I picture to present my idea for zippo advertisement. However, dont let ur expectation soar too high ;). So what took so long? Well my roomate cleaned the apt and kept the magazine under the sink in the washroom, it took me quiet a while to find it back but in between I forgot all about it and when I saw it I made up my mind to finish the project. I modeled the lighter yesterday and its almost done, took abt 2 hrs to finish this model. Anyways that much for tonight..check back for the animation once i'm done with it. I bet you'll change ur point of view abt zippo :) thats how good its gonna be!!

Zors is coming alive.. I still have a few texturing left and making the eye.. thats it for tonight, I had so much difficulties that this possible 2 hr job took me 6 hrs.. :(

Okay 3Dsmax began to act really weird tonight..it went crazy on me, I wish I printscreen what it did but hopefully it wont happen much again and I kinda solve it, restarting the program helped, DUH! Anyways, I finally complete the modeling of Zors-a tonight after much procrastination( I was lazy . In my defense the ear,Omg!! took me such a long ass time to model..Tomorrow( not making any promise ) I will make a new material and apply it, so far no one has send me a good resolution of his picture that I can use for the texture..People c'monn...( but then I realize not many people visit my blog hihihi)..Anyways what is a blog entry abt 3d model with a picture eh? hehehe Here it is!!

Okay so continuing my effort to model Our CM Zoramthanga, I'm almost done but today I modeled his ear and lolz I did it opposite so it was in vain all those time and work put into it sigh**..Anyways here is a picture note I make, please let me know if his cheeks are too thin( I know he has a pretty big cheeks haha ) and anything else that I can note down. Its been a while since I touched photoshop but its always fun( the miracle of photoshop )So anyways, I didnt really concentrate on realism as u can see but more on color adjustment,highlights, diffusion and things like that, the more pro stuff hihi. Project Zoramthanga

I'm taking a little break from modeling my car but am not taking a break from 3D..I' ve started modeling our beloved( pun intended ) hihi CM Pu Zoramthanga, since yesterday. I have a bad reference picture so its not gonna be perfect hopefully it wont lack too much realism and maybe it will resemble the actual person HAHAHA(doubtful?)..Though I could animate it, I won't unless I can get some voice of the actual person or something that closely sound like him. Here is the work in process.

Okay, I haven't been able to work on any other project because of my computer for the past one week and yes I did lose all my project files when I was formatting it(I did back up but not all :P). Anyways, I got a new motherboard and add in another 1gb of RAM. I know this whole computer thingy is not really my passion but I need the best I could afford for my Designing. Oh I almost forgot I got a brand spanking new 500Gb now as well, for $119 you cannot beat that price. Its Lacie too, the case designed by F.A Porche..wow!! Now I have 880Gb of space in my computer now hahaha!!

Okay I wrote lastnight I would buy a new RAM today but yeah not working out, I did kept my word and bought a new RAM today, one thing I got ripped off and second, it did a friend chicken curry on my motherboard..sigh** I guess I need to spend some extra and return that damn RAM tomorrow. Okay Sikk is done! Am I Happy? Yes, my first successful car modelling. Am I satisfied? Hellz No!! I can see so many flaws, I almost delete the whole thing. Is it a good start? You bet ur arse it is! lolz...that shud tell u a whole lot of my mind process now!
I was abt to animate it but my RAM just being 1.25GB could not really handle it, I will get a new RAM tomorrow, another GB then it shud be able to get it done, hopefully!

First and formost thanks to everyone who wished me ..thx for remembering, and to those that wanna wish me, the door is still open hahaha!! My folks made a big bday cake for me but I could not be there to eat it lolz..hopefully i'll get a picture...Anyways I turned 25 and still feel like I'm 18 or so..sigh** when will I grow up!!
What else...hmmm okay I continued modeling my first 3d car, its going good..but its not finish as of yet..I'd still have to animate it oh before that I have to make the tyres and the enviroment..so much stuff for a good animation..

Its coming alive!!

Haven't been updateing as often as I wanted to.. reasons?? Well the best I could come up with right now would be, I'm doing something that I havent done before, that is, 3D modeling and compositing plus animation(does that make sense?? ) Anyways, Im thinking of taking my editing to a whole new level, not only in the things I created but also in the overall composition. I realised that between a pro and an amateur, a simple animated line can be represented super different...what i mean is of course in relation to a composition. So, this kept me thinking for quite a while and watched over my animations and the things I have created and I didn't( well most of it) find it to my satisfaction anymore, that is why I'm integrating 3D and see where can I go with it..but here is the catch..I have never touch 3D stuff before, I started learning it this month so my models are gonna be out of shape, beat up lolz call it what u want, but eventually the road leads nowhere but to a new height and new improvement..I guess it all comes down to a whole lot of dedication and commitment oh and also patience!!

Its been a while since I have last blog but I thought I would start fresh once again and purely this will be for my passion and hobbies. Okay here I am and will be staying for a while this time......hopefully!!
I shot this in my friend's living room with his sony camcorder, people find it hard to believe that it wasn't done in a studio..well it was my solo project and so far the only one lolz!

Since Im begining to touch 3D slowly, I always like to put a name on the things I do, label them.. So I come up with Silver Bullet Graphics, hmmmm I dont know how it will work out but hopefully for the best..its not that crazy but it will be ... just wait it will be more crazy from here onwards lolz!

Beta Earth Rotation
This is kinda cool, The globe is actually flat, well not that the earth is flat in reality but the original picture is flat, I composite it using aftereffects and use CC Sphere, put stars at the background, and rotating the globe and the bg stars in opposite direction, you can get this cool effect as if your going around the globe. This is a short animation since it was juts for testing, will call it BETA.
