Zippo

So whats new..well ZIPPO hahaha !! I bought maxim a few months ago and what I saw there was 2 pages about Zippo. I started to think would it be cool to make a small ad for Zippo...YES! it would be. So I looked up on the net about zippo and its really interesting. There are few videos of people animation zippo but nothing was how I picture to present my idea for zippo advertisement. However, dont let ur expectation soar too high ;). So what took so long? Well my roomate cleaned the apt and kept the magazine under the sink in the washroom, it took me quiet a while to find it back but in between I forgot all about it and when I saw it I made up my mind to finish the project. I modeled the lighter yesterday and its almost done, took abt 2 hrs to finish this model. Anyways that much for tonight..check back for the animation once i'm done with it. I bet you'll change ur point of view abt zippo :) thats how good its gonna be!!

Quick Update on my model!

Zors is coming alive.. I still have a few texturing left and making the eye.. thats it for tonight, I had so much difficulties that this possible 2 hr job took me 6 hrs.. :(

3Dsmax BUGS BUGS BUGs!!

Okay 3Dsmax began to act really weird tonight..it went crazy on me, I wish I printscreen what it did but hopefully it wont happen much again and I kinda solve it, restarting the program helped, DUH! Anyways, I finally complete the modeling of Zors-a tonight after much procrastination( I was lazy . In my defense the ear,Omg!! took me such a long ass time to model..Tomorrow( not making any promise ) I will make a new material and apply it, so far no one has send me a good resolution of his picture that I can use for the texture..People c'monn...( but then I realize not many people visit my blog hihihi)..Anyways what is a blog entry abt 3d model with a picture eh? hehehe Here it is!!

Continuing Project Zoramthanga (need help)

Okay so continuing my effort to model Our CM Zoramthanga, I'm almost done but today I modeled his ear and lolz I did it opposite so it was in vain all those time and work put into it sigh**..Anyways here is a picture note I make, please let me know if his cheeks are too thin( I know he has a pretty big cheeks haha ) and anything else that I can note down. Last night I did some matte painting for Zolife photoshop competition, I havent submitted it but I will soon. Its been a while since I touched photoshop but its always fun( the miracle of photoshop )So anyways, I didnt really concentrate on realism as u can see but more on color adjustment,highlights, diffusion and things like that, the more pro stuff hihi. So here is the picture..

Project Zoramthanga

I'm taking a little break from modeling my car but am not taking a break from 3D..I' ve started modeling our beloved( pun intended ) hihi CM Pu Zoramthanga, since yesterday. I have a bad reference picture so its not gonna be perfect hopefully it wont lack too much realism and maybe it will resemble the actual person HAHAHA(doubtful?)..Though I could animate it, I won't unless I can get some voice of the actual person or something that closely sound like him. Here is the work in process.
